Fantastic place for short stay, recommended. An unusual hotel in an ideal location with pleasant staff. The staff did all they can for a pleasant stay. Big suite and amazing bed. The service was good too.

The rooms were non-smoking and the location was absolutely perfect. The staff were approachable and was willing to help, with extra attention to the detail. The a la carte restaurant was revolving with plenty of meals in the menu. Unique hotel, had a really great service.

Delightful views, fine breakfast. The venue had exceptionally well trained staff who made the stay luxurious. There was a good restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. Nice place to stay in Maggie Valley, if compared to other hotels

I liked this hotel, it's reasonably clean and sweet. The view from family room was beautiful. The restaurant was excellent and served delicious food. Early check in and late check out.

worth its 2 stars. helpful staff and family-friendly accommodation. only 10 min walk to downtown. don't forget to visit nearby cafe italiano, they have best coffee ever.

We loved the cool enough room and fabulous staff. Great view, a large balcony, comfy bed, too. The location was perfect, with Guayabitos nearby, where we could eat. The service was outstanding too.

Very dark bathroom, Wi-Fi was slow.

We had a good stay in a long time. Family-friendly hotel, the idea of having queen room was great. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Again, the venue' s location was a 10-15 minute walking distance from a true destination shop.
